  • Fever, fatigue, weight loss
  • Symmetric, migratory arthritis
  • Malar rash, photosensitivity
  • Serositis (pleurisy, pericarditis)

  • Cognitive dysfunction, seizures
  • Renal insufficiency (SLE nephritis: focal proliferative glomerulonephritis)
