Immunocompromised

  • Onset of sexual intercourse
  • Every 6 months x 2 and then annually

Age < 21

No screening

Age 21-29

Cytology every 3 years

Age 30-65

  • Cytology every 3 years OR
  • Cytology PLUS HPV every 5 years

Age > 65

No screening if negative prior screens and not high risk for cervical cancer

Hysterectomy

No screening if no history of high-grade pre-malignant lesion, cervical cancer or exposure to DES.
